Major Autohemotherapy
with Ozone

Ozone does not act directly on the tissue: it acts through the messengers it forms in the blood within fractions of a second. This e-book starts from that mechanism and goes all the way to the blood bag: what goes into it and at what dose, for 100 mL of blood or more, which IV and oral actives add to the effect and in which window, and how to prevent and manage presyncope.

  • Dosages for 100 mL of blood or more
  • IV and oral actives, each in its own window
  • Prevention and management of presyncope

Every protocol error
stems from a poorly understood mechanism.

In courses and groups, autohemotherapy circulates as absolute rules, passed along without explaining why. These are six mistakes the e-book takes apart from the mechanism up, module by module.

  • 01Module 12

    "Any antioxidant cancels out ozone"

Ozone is consumed within milliseconds on contact with blood and does not circulate. Oral antioxidants never reach a concentration that competes with plasma fatty acids; IV vitamin C only competes above 10 g and within the 30 minutes before collection.

  • 02Modules 6 and 12

Selenium and zinc in the blood bag do not quench ozone

They are enzyme cofactors, not free electron donors: selenium goes into glutathione peroxidase and zinc into superoxide dismutase. That is why they go into the blood bag along with the anticoagulant, in micrograms and milligrams.

  • 03Module 4

Heparin is not the first choice

The International Scientific Committee of Ozone Therapy (ISCO3) prefers ACD-A and accepts 3.8% sodium citrate, 10 mL for every 100 mL of blood. Heparin carries the risk of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) and is not recommended for MAH.

  • 04Module 5

50% MgSO₄ straight into the blood

MgSO₄ is magnesium sulfate. The 50% ampoule is hyperosmolar: in contact with red blood cells without dilution, it causes hemolysis from osmotic shock. The e-book shows how to dilute it to 20% or less and the dose per 100 and per 200 mL of blood.

  • 05Module 1

Ozone does not "cleanse the blood"

It is a weak, controlled oxidant that activates the patient's own antioxidant defense through hormesis, via the Nrf2 pathway. Outside the hormetic window, above 80 µg/mL, what you get is toxicity.

  • 06Module 10

    "Nepotimia" does not exist

The term heard in courses is lipothymia, that is, presyncope. The e-book separates lipothymia, syncope and vasovagal syncope, explains why they happen in ozone therapy and gives the management by severity grade.

The e-book does not replace the assessment of each patient. It gives the professional the why behind each dose, each active and each window.

The whole protocol,
with the why behind each step.

What the cover subtitle promises, delivered in dose, window and management tables.

Clinical pearl

The correct rule is not "vitamin C before or after interferes with ozone." It is: "IV Vit C >10g within the 30 min before collection may reduce LOP formation through kinetic competition. After ≥30 min: it potentiates." This distinction completely changes the clinical protocol.

How the clinical pearls appear in the e-book (module 12)
01
Part 1 · modules 3 to 6

Dosages for 100 mL of blood or more

What goes into the blood bag, at what dose and in what order, before collection.

  • Ozone parameters: blood volume from 100 to 200 mL, 1:1 ratio with the gas, initial, maintenance and advanced concentration, reinfusion rate and frequency
  • The hormetic window in 5 concentration ranges, from the subtherapeutic dose to the toxicity zone above 80 µg/mL
  • Anticoagulants compared: 3.8% sodium citrate, ACD-A and heparin, with dose, mechanism and alerts
  • Magnesium sulfate at 10% and 50%, with the dilution that prevents hemolysis
  • Selenium, zinc and procaine in the blood bag: dose per session and why they do not neutralize ozone
02
Modules 7, 8, 12 and 13

IV and oral actives, each in its own window

The same active gets in the way or potentiates depending on the timing: the e-book tells you the right moment for each one.

  • The 5 windows of the session, from the day before to 2 to 4 hours after reinfusion
  • 7 IV actives with dose, diluent, rate and timing: vitamin C, glutathione, NAC, phosphatidylcholine, alpha-lipoic acid, B complex and DMSO
  • Oral support for the whole cycle: 13 nutrients with daily dose, preferred form and timing
  • The "interferes or potentiates" box, with 12 combinations of active, route and timing
  • The molecular map: the 5 compartments where ozone acts and where each active fits in
03
Modules 9, 10 and 14

Protocols by indication, with safety built in

The complete protocols, from the blood bag to oral support, and what to do when the patient feels unwell.

  • 4 protocols by clinical indication: anti-inflammatory and autoimmune, integrative oncology, metabolic and neurological/post-COVID
  • Integrative oncology by treatment phase, always as an adjuvant, with 5 specific contraindications
  • 7 risk factors for presyncope and the pre-procedure checklist
  • Management in 3 severity grades, from presyncope to emergency
  • The minimum emergency kit for the office, with 10 items

51 pages in two parts.

From the ozone molecule to the emergency kit. Part 1 is the complete protocol; Part 2 goes deeper into antioxidants, mechanisms and integrative oncology, with the evidence classification for each section.

Written for those who administer it and open to those who receive it.

The e-book is intended for health professionals, but anyone can buy it. The professional decides and administers; the patient understands the procedure and arrives at the session knowing what to ask.

Health professionals

Who already perform MAH or are setting up systemic ozone therapy in their practice, and want the why behind each dose, each active and each window.

  • The dosages for 100 mL of blood or more, in tables, to check the blood bag before collection
  • What can go into the blood bag and what only comes after reinfusion, with the timing of each IV active
  • The 4 protocols by clinical indication and integrative oncology by treatment phase
  • Risk factors, the pre-procedure checklist, management of presyncope and the emergency kit

Patients and the general public

Who are having or considering autohemotherapy and want to understand the procedure, always with guidance from a health professional.

  • How ozone acts in the blood, starting from the mechanism, and why it does not "cleanse the blood"
  • What to ask before the session: which anticoagulant, what ozone concentration, how much blood and how often
  • Precautions on the day of the session: do not arrive fasting, drink water beforehand and say if you take a beta-blocker or are allergic to anesthetics
  • The signs of presyncope that call for stopping the procedure right away

Intended for health professionals. For patients and the general public, the e-book is a way to understand the procedure: it is not a prescription, it does not replace the assessment of a health professional, and it does not teach anyone to self-administer.
